Your feed progress, answers, category preferences, sound setting, and saved claim desk are stored in your browser's local storage. This release does not create an account or sync that information to a MythBuster server.
Sharing
When you choose “Stump a friend,” MythBuster asks your browser or operating system to share a spoiler-free challenge link. We do not choose the recipient or send the message ourselves.
Sounds and permissions
Interaction sounds play only after you press a control. Your sound preference is stored on this device. MythBuster does not request microphone, camera, contacts, or location access.
Hosting and future analytics
The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and error logs to deliver and secure the site. If product analytics or account sync is added later, this notice must be updated before that data collection begins.
